Fourth — no cost, no hassle. There’s no payment required and no royalties owed. You simply grant permission to use your track’s name and logo for memorabilia and promotional materials. I handle all production and distribution.

All I need is your release so I can legally use your branding. You keep full ownership, and your track gets free, professional‑grade exposure across collectible products and digital media.

. Race Track Name & Logo Usage Release

For use when working with local tracks to produce licensed memorabilia

TRACK BRANDING & LOGO USAGE AGREEMENT Chasin’ Racin’ LLC – Local Racing Memorabilia

This Agreement is made between Chasin’ Racin’ LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned race track (“Track”).

1. Grant of Rights

Track grants Company permission to use the following for the creation and sale of local racing memorabilia:

  • Track name

  • Track logo(s)

  • Track branding elements

  • Track facility likeness (optional)

These rights apply to:

  • Trading cards

  • Posters, prints, and collectibles

  • Apparel and merchandise

  • Digital and physical promotional materials

2. Compensation

Compensation or royalty structure (if any) will be negotiated separately and agreed upon in writing.

3. Ownership

Track retains full ownership of its name, logo, and branding. Company receives a non‑exclusive license to use these elements for the products listed above.

4. Track Representations

Track represents that it owns the rights to its name and branding and has authority to grant this license.

5. Release of Claims

Track releases Company from any claims arising from the permitted use of its branding as described.

6. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Products already produced may continue to be sold until inventory is depleted.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties.
