Hey, I’m Joe with Chasin’ Racin’. I’m building a full line of custom trading cards and local racing memorabilia for drivers across Maine and New England. There’s no cost to you, and I don’t ask drivers for payment or royalties. All I need is permission to use your name, image, and car so I can include you in the lineup.

Here’s what you get out of it:

First — exposure. Every card I produce puts your name, number, and sponsors in front of fans, tracks, and social media audiences. It’s free promotion that most drivers normally have to pay for. These cards get shared, collected, and passed around — it builds your brand without you doing anything.

Second — professionalism. I’m creating high‑quality, clean, modern trading cards that make you look like a pro. Sponsors love seeing their logos on polished materials. It helps you stand out, and it gives you something you can use for your own social media, marketing, or even to show potential sponsors.

Third — community. This whole project is about supporting local racing. I’m not here to make money off drivers — I’m here to build something cool that highlights the talent we have in this region. The more drivers involved, the stronger the whole community looks.

All I need is your release so I can legally use your image and car on the cards. You don’t owe anything, and you don’t have to buy anything. You just get more visibility, more professionalism, and more ways for fans to connect with you.

DRIVER IMAGE, NAME & LIKENESS RELEASE AGREEMENT Chasin’ Racin’ LLC – Custom Trading Cards & Memorabilia

This Agreement is made between Chasin’ Racin’ LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned driver (“Driver”).

1. Grant of Rights

Driver grants Company permission to use their:

  • Name

  • Image and likeness

  • Car number and paint scheme

  • Driver biography or stats (if provided)

These rights apply to:

  • Custom trading cards

  • Posters, prints, and memorabilia

  • Digital and physical promotional materials

  • Website and social media content related to the above products

2. Compensation

Driver acknowledges that compensation (if any) will be negotiated individually and agreed upon prior to production.

3. Ownership

Driver retains all personal publicity rights. Company receives a non‑exclusive license to use the Driver’s likeness for the products listed.

4. Driver Representations

Driver represents that they have the authority to grant these rights and that no third‑party approvals are required.

5. Release of Claims

Driver releases Company from any claims related to the permitted use of their likeness as described.

6. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Products already produced may continue to be sold until inventory is depleted.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties.
